14. Grenada 1983 - The City of Gouyave

Here's a better picture of Gouyave from about the same spot taken with a different Camera.  Gouyave, in St. John Parris, is the 2nd largest City on Grenada.  In 1983 the population of Gouyave was reported at about ~3000 people.  To me it didn't look like much more than a small village.

You can see the Sea wall that protects the coast roadway. I don't know who that is standing there. A Civilian.
